Friendliness of the staff and the disponibilité to help in any situation. Airport pickup and drop off, excellent service. Also good to know in 2021, a PCR test center is located at 5-min waking distance. I would recommend for a stay in the center of Cairo.

We keep coming back to this hotel because it is simply the right one for us: the staff are great - welcoming, friendly, polite and very helpful, the hotel is close to everything (shops, restaurants, landmarks, tourist attractions, subway stations), the view from the rooftop is stunning, good breakfast is included, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable (we booked a room with a large balcony and perfect city view), the lobby is nicely decorated. Always a pleasure to stay here.

This was our 3rd stay at Osiris Hotel. Staff were really, really nice, welcoming and helpful as always; good breakfast was included; our room was spacious and luminous with a big balcony and amazing view of the city. Beds were comfortable and there was hot running water in the shower at all times. The hotel, located on the 12th floor of a building in downtown, has a cozy ambience and it is close to everything: shops, mini markets, restaurants, coffee shops, landmarks, subway, tourist attractions.

Staff so friendlyThe hotel is good value and clean. All facilities are existing. The mattress are comfortable and this is something so important to me.The place in the downtown and all transportations are near to the hotel. It's also near from many tourism places, caffes and restaurants
